Kleurtekening van twee cavalaristen in VOC-dienst en van Indiase afkomst. Zij dragen tulbanden en blauwe jassen met rode delen. De paarden dragen blauwe schabrakken met maansikkels. Met opschrift. Onderdeel uit het schetsboek van Jan Brandes, dl. 2 (1808), p. 69.
