    Ingestoken ziel. Bolvormig lilchaam, overgaande in een slanke hals, waarom een druipring is gelegd. De mond uitgebogen. Op het lichaam is in Italiaanse en Romeinse letters gecalligrafeerd 'Bewaer uw zelven KLAER'. Op de overgang van de hals naar de buik boven de B van Bewaer'1 Timoth: cap:5, vers 22'. Onder op de bodem 'All wie zich KLAER, dat's Rein.kan houden, Zal gelukzalich Rijk verouden' en rond en in het pontilmerk 'W. Van Heemskerk AE 64 Anno 1677'.
