Start time and tickets
All visitors are required to book a start time.
This applies to everyone, also with a Museum Card. Only Friends of the museum can come without booking ahead.
The start time indicates the start of your visit.
Once inside you can stay as long as you want during opening hours.
If you’re unable to make it on the booked date, or if you’d like to visit the Rijksmuseum on a different date, please let us know via firstname.lastname@example.org. If there’s an open time slot on your preferred dates, we can rebook your ticket(s). It’s our goal to give as many people as possible the chance to visit the Rijksmuseum.
Groups are welcome at the Rijksmuseum, however due to the corona measures at the moment the maximum group size is 10. Book your online group ticket in advance.
