Explanatory note

  • In de periode 1911-1932 woonde op plantage Accaribo in Suriname de familie Brouwers. Rond 1910 vond Theodoor Brouwers werk op plantage Accaribo. In 1929 werd hij eigenaar van de plantage. Op Accaribo werden in zijn tijd bananen geproduceerd en wat koffie.
