    Ovale plaquette met op de onderste helft het borststuk van Sigismund I gehele figuur naar rechts gewend. De man heeft krullend haar, baard een snor. Op zijn hoofd heeft hij een kroon met punten. achter zijn hoofd zijn twee uiteinden van een lint zichtbaar. Hij draagt een wijn gewaad dat op de schouders is vastgezet. In zijn rechterhand een zwaard en in zijn linkerhand een scepter. Randschrift: Voorzijde: SIGISMVNDVS. DEI. GRATIA. ROMAN. IMP. CARO. IIII. F.P.E.AV. Keerzijde: SIGISMVNDVS, Imper, dr. XXVI. (etc.)
