De heilige Dominicus, staande ten voeten uit in een poort met een lelietak in de rechterhand en een boek in de linkerhand. Op de omlijsting engelen en serafijnen, op de predella medaillons met de heiligen Petrus Martyr, Thomas van Aquino en Mattheüs. Met geïntegreerde lijst.
