Liggende olifant met hakkende Singalees

Zwartwitte penseeltekening van een liggende olifant met een lap over zijn hoofd. De olifant is van tweemaal afgebeeld. Boven ligt hij met zijn poten naar de tekenaar en op zijn nek staat een Singalees in lendedoek in hem te hakken. Onder ligt de olifant met de rug naar de tekenaar toe. Zijn slurf loopt over naar de volgende pagina. Met opschrift. Onderdeel uit het schetsboek van Jan Brandes, dl. 2 (1808), p. 134-135.
