Perspectiefstudie. Potloodtekening van het huis met tuinen en bijgebouwen van Brandes' huis buiten Batavia van de voorzijde. Over de weg die voor het huis langs loopt, rijdt een rijtuig met passagier en een pajungdrager achterop. Het opschrift is van Kellberg, 20ste eeuwse nazaat van Brandes. Onderdeel uit het grote schetsboek van Jan Brandes 'Perspektivritningar' (1808), p. 57.
