Handdoek met lus, vervaardigd van linnendamast, met het provinciewapen van Friesland en de tekst: 'Frise' en 'Utre', geknipt uit een servet of laken met '17 provinciënpatroon'. Het servet is aan alle zijden omzoomd met een smalle rolzoom.
