Kleurtekening van de kaketoe uit Indië die Brandes in Zweden als huisdier hield. Met opschrift. Onderdeel uit het schetsboek van Jan Brandes, dl. 1 (1808), p. 83.

inscription: ‘Ambonsche groote kakatoe, op boeginees genaamt Béka zo groot als ee hoen. Deeze heb ik uit Oost Indien na Zweeden gebragt en aldaar lang gehad hy was roodagtig wit, met carmozyn roode veederen onder de lange kuyf veederen, hy kon spreeken en grof flutien als een mensch geteekend den 30 october 1784. Psittacus moluccensis.’
