Drie bolle pootjes. Cylindervormig lichaam met ingestoken ziel, de onderrand afgewerkt met een gladde, aangezette draad. Op het lichaam is in romeinse letters gecalligrafeerd 'Ootmoed baert genoegen.' en onder op de bodem 'Willem van Heemskerk AE 66 Ao 1679.'.
