Here the goddess ? top centre, in a redgown ? protects the entourage travelling with Lu Yundi on his way to Korea. This episode took place in 1122. During the voyagea terrible storm suddenly engulfed the fleet. Sevenof the eight vessels had already sunk when the goddess Mazu appeared above the mast of Lu Yundi's ship.
