Portret van Rogier Le Witer (1591-1678). Koopman te Antwerpen. De 44-jarige Rogier Le Witer is frontaal staand tot de knieën afgebeeld, in een zwart kostuum, met een brede kanten kraag en met zijn mantel om hem heen gedrapeerd. In zijn linkerhand houdt hij een hoed, terwijl zijn rechterhand rust op de rand van een stoel. Op de tafel met een gebloemd tapijt, rechts van hem, staat een collecteschaal met een beeldje van een geboeide man met het opschrift (A)ELEMOS(E), en de datum 1623; de datum verwijst naar Le Witer's aanstelling tot groot-aalmoezenier in dit jaar. De achtergrond wordt afgesloten door een boog waarvoor een rood gordijn hangt, met een doorkijk naar een open blauwe lucht. Rechts wordt het portret begrensd door een decoratieve mannelijke herme-figuur, waaronder de datering van het portret 1635 en de leeftijd van de geportretteerde wordt aangegeven AETATIS.44. Tot hetzelfde ensemble behoort het portret van zijn echtgenote Catharina Behaghel (SK-A-4972) en het portret van zijn moeder Magdalena de Cuyper (SK-A-4973)
