Model van een mars, aan de voorkant afgerond, met twee langs- en twee dwarszalings onder. De marsrand is verstevigd met messingplaten en de marsvloer is dicht en verstevigd met snaphanen, straalsgewijs rond het soldatengat. Het lijkt erg op NG-MC-161.

Entry

Construction model of a top, rounded at the front, with two trestletrees and two crosstrees underneath. The top rim is reinforced with brass strips, the decking is closed and reinforced with battens, sprouting radially from the lubber’s hole.

Obreen describes this top as belonging to an aviso brig.1J.M. Obreen, Catalogus der verzameling modellen van het Departement van Marine, The Hague 1858, no. 168. The model was found without a catalogue number and was identified by a process of elimination. It is very similar to model NG-MC-161.
