Flask and Vase. The stoneware flask is shaped like a leather water bag, and the vase resembles metal ware. They were made during the Liao Dynasty (907-1125), a period favouring white, ochre-yellow, and green glaze colours. These objects are covered with a coat of an amber-like, dark ochre-yellow glaze.

    Fles van steengoed, bedekt met een wit slib en gedeeltelijk met een okergeel glazuur. De opstaande, cilindrische tuit is aan de zijkant van het lichaam geplaatst. Vanuit de andere zijde van het lichaam is een licht gemodelleerd oor gevormd, die aan de bovenzijde is bevestigd aan de tuit. De voet is ongeglazuurd.
