Deksel van coninsche koffiekan van porselein, beschilderd in onderglazuur blauw. Op de deksel verschillende lotusplanten. De rand met servetwerk onderbroken door cartouches met een bloemtak. Een chip in de rand van de deksel. Blauw-wit.
