Midden een politieagent in de houding, uniform en helm. Links naast hem staat een jongetje dat naar hem opkijkt, achter hem een menigte volk die lachend naar hem kijkt. De tekst op het karton onder de tekening hekelt de politieman als dienaar van het privébezit van de rijken.
