Zwartwittekening van een overdekte stellage waarop een zwaardgevecht wordt opgevoerd en toeschouwers op straat. Kleurtekening van alleen de stellage met kleurige lantaarns waarop een vertoning (een Chinees ligt ter aarde voor een magistraat) begeleid door muzikanten. Met opschrift. Onderdeel uit het schetsboek van Jan Brandes, dl. 2 (1808), p. 13.
