Fragment van een zijden tapijt

Fragment van een tapijt, een zogenaamd Polentapijt, van geknoopte zijde. Het middenveld is versierd met spiraalranken uitlopend in bladvormen en wolkenbanden. Het secundaire versieringssysteem draagt lotusbloemen en palmetten. Het middenveld wordt omlijst door een rand met een floraalpatroon.
