Mensing, head of auction house Frederik Muller & Co, in 1904; on loan from Marie Cornélie Cathérine Reynvaan, Elspeet, with two other paintings (SK-A-3231 and SK-A-3233), to the museum, 1926 (inv. no. SK-C-1170); by whom bequeathed to the museum, with two other paintings (SK-A-3231 and SK-A-3233) and a mirror (SK-A-3234), 1934.
