Bord van porselein, beschilderd in onderglazuur blauw en op het glazuur groen, zwart en goud. Op het plat een harlekijn met de tekst: '50 percent op Delft gewonnen'; de rand met een decoratief patroon. Actie-bord. De rand is gerestaureerd. Europese voorstelling in blauw-wit met emailkleuren.
