Digital Guided Tour and Workshop

Do you have a question about taking part in the digital guided tour or digital workshop? Please find some of the answers below.

  • Unfortunately, purchased tickets cannot be exchanged and the fee is non-refundable.

  • Immediately after you sign up, you receive the link to access the event in your e-mail confirmation. Please make sure to save this link: you need it to participate in the tour or workshop.

  • Yes. As the person making the reservation, you will receive an email with all of the information and the link. Please keep it safe and share it with everyone in your group. Make sure to send the information and the link to your group on time, so that everyone can be informed and prepared in advance.

  • Yes. The link you receive is solely for your group. The guide/tutor will admit all participants individually several minutes before the tour/workshop begins.

  • The tour/workshop starts on time and is a live event. If you ‘join’ later you will miss part of the tour/workshop and disrupt the group.

  • Recording the tour or workshop on audio or video is not allowed.

  • No. These are live events and a recording will not be available after the tour/workshop.

  • A maximum of 15 people. When you make your reservation, you must indicate the number of participants in your group.

  • If you want to take the guided tour/workshop with other people, you have to make the booking for all the participants.

  • The digital workshop is an interactive event; the workshop tutor personally guides you and gives feedback on your work. Therefore, a camera is necessary. For the digital guided tour a camera is less crucial, but still highly recommended.

  • The workshop is intended for adults aged 16 and older, but if you would like to take it together with your child, you can. Your child will count as a participant and is included in the number of people in your booking. The workshop is not intended for children or teenagers only.

  • Unfortunately, the workshop or tour cannot be rebooked and the fee is non-refundable.
