Disney and the Rijksmuseum aim to enrich the visit of families and children with a broad and accessible public program. In the summer of 2026, they invite families to a particularly playful program. Together with Woody and Buzz, the characters from the popular Toy Story films, families and children will enter the museum to discover everything about toys throughout the ages.  

Previous successful collaborations with the Walt Disney Company Benelux focused on the 100th anniversary of the Walt Disney Company and the 90th anniversary of Donald Duck. To bring art and history to life in a playful way for young visitors, Disney has extended the partnership with the Rijksmuseum for three years starting in 2026. In doing so, both parties will continue to build a program in the coming years that brings together art, the magic of Disney, and wonder for the whole family.
