Notes
- "All sheets loose in the accompanying folder are genuine. As explained in the acknowledgements, the sheets tipped onto the pages of this book were forged here at Incline Press. We have roughly followed the original processes to give a real sense of the original sheets. The text is printed on Magnani paper in Bembo types, supplied respectively by John Purcell Paper in London and Harry McIntosh in Edinburgh.
