    Platte voet met omgevouwen rand. Facetgeslepen, balustervormige stam met twee knopen en een traan. Klokvormige kelk met een facetgeslepen onderzijde. Op de kelk, tussen ranken, het wapen van stadhouder prins Willem IV (1711-1751) gekroond met vijf zonnebloemen. Op de keerzijde van het glas de inscriptie: VIVAT // W.C.H. FRISO. PRINSE. // STADH. CAPT& ADM. // GENER.
