Twee voorstellingen van voormalig kanselier Bismarck. Links toen hij nog kanselier was betoverde hij met zijn fluitspel de reptielen, de problemen van Duitsland. Rechts nu hij geen kanselier meer is komen alle problemen terug en vallen hem aan.
