De H. Antonius ligt op zijn rug op de grond voor een grot. Boven zijn hoofd vliegen duivelachtige wezens. Een llichtstraal van Antonius naar de hemel heeft de tekst: Ubi eras bone Jesu? Ubi eras ? Etc....Een tweede lichtstraal uit de lucht naar het lichaam van de heilige heeft de tekst: Antoni, hic eram, sed expectabam videre certamen tuum. Op de grond liggen staf en bel. Rechts het zwijn.
