Plaat beschilderd in onderglazuur blauw met een zijaanzicht van het grafmonument van Willem van Oranje (Willem de Zwijger) in de Nieuwe Kerk te Delft. Bovenop het grafmonument, in een cartouche, is te lezen: '10 Julij 1584 prins willem oud 51 Jaer 2 maende en 16 dagen'.
