Too Much Pressure

Maria van Elk printed a perfect circle 18 times on badly crumpled, not to say battered, paper that made the litho press groan and creak. Afterwards, the sheets of paper were folded back, leaving only fragments of the circle visible. The image on the lithographic stone and that on the paper are not the same here.
