  • De serie Los Disparates is pas na de dood van Goya uitgegeven. De Real Academia des Nobles Artes heeft de serie gepubliceerd in 1864 onder de naam Los Proverbios. Harris heeft in zijn catalogus aan elke prent een Spaans spreekwoord toegekend, maar Pérez Sanchéz en Gallego zijn van de juistheid hiervan niet overtuigd. K.Botke
