Een lange opzetstang, bestaande uit een vierkante ijzeren staaf met pyramidevormige top waar groeven dwars over lopen. Aan een zijde is een schaal aangebracht, van 8 tot 30: de afstand tussen de nummers is precies 1 cm. Deze en NG-MC-1889-29-B passen beide in steun NG-MC-1374.

Entry

Iron tangent sight consisting of an iron bar, the top shaped like a pyramid with grooves across the top. On one side a scale is engraved that runs from 8 to 30. The distance between the numbers is exactly 1 cm.

This tangent sight was found, together with another, smaller one (NG-MC-1889-29-B), without a catalogue number. Both were identified by a process of elimination. They also both fit the tangent sight support of NG-MC-1374.
