Rechthoekige gouden doos met gewelfd deksel. De binnen- en buitenzijde wit geëmailleerd. Op de buitenzijde van het deksel een geschilderde voorstelling van Perseus, die Andromeda bevrijdt; aan de binnenzijde Venus met de wapenrusting van Aeneas. Op de voorzijde voorstelling van Leda met de zwaan. Op de achterzijde Venus en Amor, rustend bij een fontein. De onderzijde is beschilderd met putti.
