Sexpol Seminar

anonymous, c. 1968

In the 1960s, it became fashionable among leftist youth to think of sexual liberation and political emancipation and revolution as being interconnected. This idea harked back to the pre-war theory of Marxist psychoanalyst William Reich, who coined the terms Sexpol and Sexual Revolution in the 1930s. Among other things, this seminar poster announces a talk on antiauthoritarian childcare.
