Schetsboek bestaande uit 59 bladen en één los blad met voornamelijk stadsgezichten met grachten, kerken, straten, figuren en paarden. Tevens plattegronden van een huis en ontwerpen voor bonbonblikken van de firma Van Houten. Op de voor- en achterzijde van de boekband potloodstudies.
