Schetsboek bestaande uit 74 bladen met schetsen gemaakt tijdens een reis in Nederlands-Indië, met voornamelijk figuurstudies van Indonesiërs in traditioneel kostuum, dansers en (dans)voorstellingen, straatscènes, optochten, de viering van een offerfeest en rouwstoeten voor een crematie.
