Truike Verdegaal, 1992
In this graduation project for the Gerrit Rietveld Academy, Truike Verdegaal used parts of old jewellery to create a new bracelet. Each component of an antique or a modern jewel tells its own story, but when combined give rise to a new narrative. The bracelet’s title refers to the molar on the old dial.
