Portret van een vlootvoogd, misschien vice-admiraal Hermanus Reijntjes (1744-97). Ten halven lijve, zittend aan een tafel, naar rechts, aanziend. In de rechterhand een verrekijker, de linkerhand in de vest gestoken. Op tafel ligt een kaart van Ierland en een deel van Engeland. Op de achtergrond een Nederlands schip op zee. Onderdeel van de collectie pastels.
