      FROZEN MAN EXPERIMENT PLANNED
      Los Angeles, California. Stephen Simkhovitch, 35 year old writer, yesterday signed a contract to submit himself as a human guinea pig in a before and after death experiment to be conducted by Dr. Ralph Willard, Hollywood chemist. The announcement by Dr. Willard that he would attempt to experimenjt with a human brought a quick reaction. Dr. George Parrish, city health officer, declared the law would step in immediately.
