    Ovale plaquette waarop op onderste helft portretbuste van man (Jean Milton) met hoofd naar links gwend. Hij heeft lang haar. Hij draagt een ruime mantel met vierkante kraag. Het portret is goudkleurig en is ingekleurd met rood: kraag, en zwart: ogen. De opschriften op voor- en keerzijde en de afbeelding op keerzijde zijn goudkleurig, De achtergrond is zwart. Boven plaquette zit een draaibaar draagoog. Opschrift voorzijde: Jean Milton. Opschrift keerzijde: Né à Londres en 1608. Morten 1674. / Agé de 66 ans. (Gemerkt).
