    Op onderste helft van plaquette het borststuk van een man met hoofd naar links gewend binnen omschrift. Man heeft snor en sik. Hij heeft een bladerkrans om het hoofd. Hij draagt een tuniek met vierkante hals en daarover een mantel die op de linkerschouder met speld is vastgezet. Restant van rode kleur op bladerkrans. Achtergrond is zwart met goudkleurige portret en opschriften. Keerzijde opschrift.
