Mozes in het biezen mandje

De moeder van Mozes knielt bij het biezen mandje waarin zij haar zoon Mozes te water laat. Naast haar staat Mirjam, de zus van Mozes. Links aan de oever van de Nijl staat de dochter van farao met haar gevolg. Zij zal Mozes vinden. Op de achtergrond worden vanaf de brug Hebreeuwse baby's in de Nijl gegooid.
