Dubbele poot voor een bank bestaande uit een zwart ijzeren frame met messing beschermdoppen aan de voeten, in een rechte hoek gebogen ter hoogte van de zitting, waar ook twee keggen voor de bevestiging zitten.

A double leg of a bench consisting of a black iron frame with brass caps at the feet, bent at a right angle at the height of the seat, with two wedges for fastening it at that point.

This design for a mess table leg was not accepted, and the model was deposited in the Navy Model Room in 1854.1HNA 2.12.01 Min. Marine, inv. no. 3975.
