Model van een percussieslot voor kanon op slotplaat. De hamer kan 180° draaien en met beide kanten slaan: de kop is ei-voirmig met afgeplatte uiteinden, waarin een groef uitgespaard is om de vlam die bij het afvuren uit het zundgat komt door te laten, zodat de hamer niet teruggeslagen wordt. Op de slotplaat is een schijfje voor het aftrektouw aangebracht.

Entry

Wooden model of a percussion gun lock on a lock plate.

The hammer turns 180 degrees and strikes with both sides: the head is egg shaped with flat ends, in which a groove has been made for the flame that comes out of the vent when the gun is fired, thus preventing the hammer from being struck back violently. On the lock plate a sheave for the lanyard is placed. Nothing else is known about this model.
