Three Square Bottles. The practice of embellishing undecorated Asian porcelain in Europe was not uncommon. The two Japanese bottles on the right are painted in a Kakiemon style, which may have actually been executed in Meissen.

    Vierkante fles van porselein, met lange hals, beschilderd op het glazuur in blauw, rood, groen, zwart en goud met afwisselend op de vier wanden prunus en gestileerde bloemen. Op de hals goud omlijste velden met afwisselend bladranken met een bloem en bladranken uitgespaard in het fond. Hals afgekort. Kakiemon.
