In de Sixtijnse kapel wordt Cosimo De' Medici in 1569 door Pius V gekroond tot groothertog van Toscane. Op de achtergrond het Laatste oordeel van Michelangelo. De prent heeft een Latijns onderschrift en maakt deel uit van een serie over de familiegeschiedenis van het geslacht De' Medici.
