Rechthoekig kistje van parelmoer met montuur en versiering van goud. Op het deksel een putto van ivoor rijdend op een paarlemoer paard. Binnenkant een parelmoeren ondergrond met in het midden een ornament bestaande uit drie vissen (een fontein?).
