    Conische voet. Zich verbredende, in facetten geslepen stam, overgaande in een gebogen kelk. Op de kelk, in een ovaal wapenschild met een omlijsting van rococo-voluten, het gekroonde wapen van stadhouder prins Willem V (1748-1806) met de Kouseband en HONI SOIT QUI MAL Y PENSE. Drie, op wolken zittende putti, houden het wapen op.
