Prent gepubliceerd in: Le Programme de Vichy, 1866-1870. Tussen ca. 1859 en 1877 speelde in Vichy de juridische affaire tussen de apothekers Nicolas Larbaud en Monsieur Bru. Beiden beweerden de echte bonbons van Vichy te maken. In 1877 kreeg Larbaud uiteindelijk het monopolie op de verkoop van zout, pastilles en bonbons van Vichy.
