Jupiter and Antiope

Jupiter, the mythological supreme god, was prey to human emotions. Here he pays a night-time visit to the beautiful Antiope, daughter of a king, while she is sound asleep. His nocturnal seduction of her resulted in the birth of the twins Amphion and Zethos.
