Jug

Het Moriaanshooft, c. 1685 - c. 1690

Although the decoration of this jug is dominated by blue, the scene with four Asian figures also includes yellow and green. The gold and red accents were applied over the glaze during an additional firing. These tints were thus much more fragile and have consequently suffered the most.
